Service scope

Fiventa provides booking widgets, onboarding, booking management and related invoicing/admin features. Features may evolve as the service improves.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content, pricing, availability, customer communication and legality of the bookings you publish through Fiventa. Keep your credentials secure.

Pricing and billing

Unless agreed otherwise, Fiventa charges according to the active pricing model shown to the customer. Fees are tied to completed or otherwise billable bookings, not broad platform access.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, misleading sales practices, spam, credential abuse, or attempts to disrupt the service or other customers.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but temporary interruptions can happen. Fiventa is not liable for indirect losses, and total direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the relevant billing period unless mandatory law says otherwise.
